RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
Provides general direction and oversight for the day to day operation of a 1-2 residential community living homes and individuals care of up to 7 individuals. Minimum high school diploma required; 2 years residential management experience preferred, Human Services, Special Education, Rehabilitation or related field degree or minimum of 4 years related work experience preferred. Positions are compensated at an salaried rate of $35,000-$37,500. Benefits for full time positions include Health, Dental and Vision insurance, PTO Accural, and 401K.

Responsible for providing supports to adult individuals with Developmental Disabilities in a community living home setting – supports included but not limited to daily living skills supports, person centered indivudal supports, cooking, cleaning, medication administering, progress notes, task oriented, dependable, self starter, pleasant personality/caring. Minimum high school diploma or GED, will train but experience preferred. Positions are compensated at an hourly rate at $13-$15. Benefits for full time positions include Health, Dental and Vision insurance, PTO Accural, and 401K.
DAY PROGRAM
