Addiction and Recovery Treatment Services (ARTS), a vital component of Virginia Medicaid through the Department of Medical Assistant Services (DMAS). ARTS is designed to provide members enrolled in Medicaid through Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) access to an extensive range of addiction treatment services.
