CLEARR VISSION
RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
Provides general direction and oversight for the day to day operation of a 1-2 residential community living homes and individuals care of up to 7 individuals. Minimum high school diploma required; 2 years residential management experience preferred, Human Services, Special Education, Rehabilitation or related field degree or minimum of 4 years related work experience preferred. Positions are compensated at an salaried rate of $35,000-$37,500. Benefits for full time positions include Health, Dental and Vision insurance, PTO Accural, and 401K.

Minimum high school diploma or GED, will train but experience preferred. Positions are compensated at an hourly rate at $13-$15. Benefits for full time positions include Health, Dental and Vision insurance, PTO Accural, and 401K.
