Service Elgibility

• Youth has diagnosis supporting mental, behavioral, emotional illness • Youth is at risk of psychiatric hospitalization or out of home placement • Youth has received interventions from mental health, social services, or judicial system • Youth has difficulty recognizing personal danger or inappropriate social behavior • Services more intensive than outpatient clinic care are needed

  1. Our group home provides residential services for individuals with intellectual disabilities. We offer a safe and structured environment, as well as assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and transportation services as needed.
  1. To begin the admission process, individuals or their families should contact us to schedule an appointment. During the appointment, we will discuss the individual's needs, assess eligibility, and determine if our services are the right fit for the individual.
  1. There are no age restrictions for residents in our group home. We welcome individuals of all ages who can benefit from our residential services.
  1. Our group home can accommodate up to six residents at a time. This allows us to provide personalized care and support to each resident.
  1. We offer a variety of activities and programs to our residents, including social outings, community events, art therapy, and life skills training. We also encourage residents to pursue personal interests and hobbies.
